We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented individual, capable of building strong teams and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
Conduct performance reviews and support managers with appraisal processes
Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices (e.g., labor law, ESI, PF, etc.)
Maintain and regularly update employee records
Plan and conduct training and development programs
Monitor employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies
Maintain a healthy and productive work environment
Support organizational change and growth
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
MBA in HR
Experience in [Industry Type, e.g., IT, Manufacturing, etc.]
Familiarity with payroll systems and HRMS
