Job description: HR Manager cum Administrative Officer is a full-time paid consultant to oversee all the administrative and human resources aspects in the organization, be focused on attracting and retaining top talent, maximize quality and efficiency while reducing the costs, organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills. Periodical review and improve policies, systems, and procedures to ensure office operates smoothly and efficiently.

· Learning & Development

· HR Operations

· Performance Management System

· Payroll processing & statutory compliance

· Employee engagement & relations

· Exit formalities

As Administrative Officer:

· Manage and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors

· Supervising the day-to-day operations of the staff members

· Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

· Manage and oversee all the upkeep of the organization property and premises in efficient and economical way,

· Manage and oversee the housekeeping of the organization

· Procuring office supplies and ensure all the equipment is working and properly maintained.

Any other work assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
