HR Manager

Monthly HR Support: These roles cover the day-to-day administrative complexities of operating our

business.

 Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing and

selection through various options including college placement.

 Preparing offer letters in alignment with company policies.

 Employee onboarding and offboarding

 Handbook development and delivery

 HR compliance monitoring

 Annual personnel file audit and maintenance

 Labor law checks and balances

 Performance review coordination/training to Employees

 Employee engagement/sentiment surveys

 Stay interviews

 Monthly business reviews

 Maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate employee information and benefit updates.

 Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

 Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to determine reasons for leaving the

organization.

Strategic HR Initiatives: These roles focus on achieving specific strategic initiatives. These will

reviewed every two months:

 Developed and implemented Human Resources policies and procedures.

 Restructuring compensation, benefits, and rewards packages

 Headcount planning and recruitment strategies

 Talent retention and Personnel assessments

 Ongoing learning and professional development

 Maintaining company culture to foster employee engagement

Payroll Services: These roles ensure your employees get paid consistently, accurately, and on time.

Payroll tasks include:

 Payroll administration like salaries , incentives and reimbursement .

 Registering employees in compliance with varying regulations

 System selection and implementation.
