- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees. Ensure the hiring process is efficient and aligned with company needs.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, providing support for resolving conflicts, handling grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct employee performance reviews, and provide guidance on career development and training.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensure payroll accuracy, monitor industry trends, and recommend competitive salary structures.
• Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and conduct employee development initiatives to promote continuous learning and growth.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and implement employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building initiatives to maintain high morale.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR software, and prepare reports related to HR metrics.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and update HR policies to maintain compliance and support company objectives.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources,

o Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to lead and motivate teams.
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Proficient in HR software (HRIS systems), MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
o High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
