Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

1. Tracking of company opening and closing time.
2. Check the dress code of all team members.
3. Maintain and track company rules.
4. Attendance and punching management for salary calculation
5. Recruitment and hiring as per requirement
6. Check to-do list tasks and reporting of all teams.
7. PMS maintain of employees.
8. Induction process (all activities of new team members)
9. Leave management
10. Training of new team members
11. Team building activity
12. Meetings with the team (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
13. Target planning for each.
14. Planning and focus on how to achieve the target
15. Incentive and award reward planning for the team.
16. Maintain and track Company policy
17. Maintain and track Company SOP
18. Festival and event celebration planning
19. Update notice board of company
20. Take care of company’s cleaning and hygiene
21. Maintain the data of all company assets
22. Maintain infrastructure of company
23. New development and growth planning
24. Cost cutting & Budgeting as per requirement
