HR Manager

Jai Sales Corporation And Powerserv in Bangalore, Infantry Road is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹45000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create job descriptions & advertise job openings on job portals and social media.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
Recruitment and training of new personnel in the various departments

Processing of Personnel Benefits, calculation of overtime and other allowances based on Attendance Data

Monitoring and verification of Attendance Data, Payroll Process
Monitoring and execution of leave benefits.

Involved in Personnel Engagement and Training Programs and other cultural, social and business programs and activities

Be responsible to initiate and maintain the code of conduct and ethics among the personnel, whenever and wherever required

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate/Post Graduate and a minimum 4-10 years of experience as an HR.
Should be ready to travel with in India.
Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
