1. Recruitment Planning and Preparation of Job description, roles & responsibilities, making test for required Positions and instruct the HR assistant to take the interview with the required technical head and final interview with HR head and director.
2. Company Policy to be followed along with employee issues, special announcements regarding holidays and updation in policy if required for smooth work in company.
3. Training and Development of new Employees, Which includes 3 days training, Providing departments related knowledge and Company's product, CRM Knowledge, Company profile and videos. Taking Test and final result update on Centra and if selected then allotment of offer letter along with email ID.
4. Salary Sheet Preparation 1-5 Date of Every Month and Compliances- ESIC and PF, LWF Challan Preparation and register new employees.
