Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective management of personnel and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s business goals. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles, including sales, construction, project management, and administrative functions.
• Conduct job analyses, prepare job descriptions, and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for selection.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for hiring.
2. Employee Onboarding and Training:
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
• Identify training needs and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Foster a positive workplace environment that promotes collaboration and employee satisfaction.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
4. Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Work closely with department heads to set and review performance goals.
• Identify underperformance and devise corrective action plans.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
6. Strategic HR Planning:
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
7. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain and update HR software systems.
• Handle employee exit processes, including interviews and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the any sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
