Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor Law, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Training & Development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with legal requirements while fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, develop employee programs, and provide strategic HR support to help our organization grow and thrive.
Labor Law & Compliance:
Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
Advise and guide management on labor-related issues, including contracts, employee rights, and dispute resolution.
Maintain and update employee records in line with legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure legal compliance.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Resolve employee grievances, complaints, and conflicts through mediation, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to address areas of concern and promote organizational improvement.
Training & Development:
Design, implement, and manage employee training programs to enhance performance, leadership development, and career progression.
Identify training needs across departments and ensure the delivery of relevant, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
Develop and manage leadership and succession planning initiatives.
HR Strategy & Planning:
Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and strategies that drive business success.
Monitor HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
HR Administration:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Ensure that HR data is kept confidential and secure.
Education:
A Master’s degree (MBA HR) is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles with a focus on Labor Law, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.
Proven track record of managing HR compliance and labor relations in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience in designing and implementing employee training programs.
Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
