Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Okhla Industrial Phase 2, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor Law, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Training & Development. The HR Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our company remains compliant with legal requirements while fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives, develop employee programs, and provide strategic HR support to help our organization grow and thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Labor Law & Compliance:

    • Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

    • Advise and guide management on labor-related issues, including contracts, employee rights, and dispute resolution.

    • Maintain and update employee records in line with legal requirements.

    • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure legal compliance.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

    • Resolve employee grievances, complaints, and conflicts through mediation, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

    • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to address areas of concern and promote organizational improvement.

  • Training & Development:

    • Design, implement, and manage employee training programs to enhance performance, leadership development, and career progression.

    • Identify training needs across departments and ensure the delivery of relevant, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

    • Develop and manage leadership and succession planning initiatives.

  • HR Strategy & Planning:

    • Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.

    • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and strategies that drive business success.

    • Monitor HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

  • HR Administration:

    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

    • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.

    • Ensure that HR data is kept confidential and secure.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

    A Master’s degree (MBA HR) is required.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or related roles with a focus on Labor Law, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Training & Development.

    • Proven track record of managing HR compliance and labor relations in a multi-disciplinary environment.

    • Experience in designing and implementing employee training programs.

    • Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.

    • Conflict resolution and mediation skills.

    • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.

    • Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions.

    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
