Prime Key Role:
Take sole responsibility for Plant HR, Admin, Time office responsibility, To Understand the
Plant Process, Set-up Employee Muster Up keeping, Lead the Plant Committees, Like
Canteen, Transport, EHS, Safety, First Aid, Etc. work on weak point, Contract management
with Contractors, Labour, Housekeeping, Transport, canteen, Security, daily MIS
Preparation, Look after compliance of Daily attendance, leave management etc. understand
Employee grievance and work with solution. Activity planning, and Event management
employee Motivation etc. In System HRMS, attendance system up keeping.
Key Knowledge:
Plant Operation, Policies Plant HR, IR, Labour Act, Compliance of DISH.
Bullet Task
Bills Verifications, Expenses, Invoice Booking & Tracking for contractor
File maintain for Statutory and FI Audit purpose.
Office Stationary maintain
System up keeping HRMS, Attendance
New Employee Joining, Induction and Training
Housekeeping and Administration working
Look After Plant Requirements and Plan actions
Formation of Policies, Procedures and roll-out etc.
Contractor assessment Labour, Canteen, Housekeeping, Security & Transport etc.
