Putting the organization's talent and human resources strategy into action and designing hiring
plans for all the departments based on specific needs.
• Supervising the hiring process for qualified job candidates, keeping job descriptions up-to-date,
accurate and compliant and ensure timely closure of the positions.
• Working with Hiring managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for the open
positions and ensuring to provide them timely updates.
• Establishing and implementing strong onboarding, orientation, and training programmes to help
with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties.
• Providing guidance and assistance to HR Team, Hiring manager, and another internal team.
• Designing and managing complete Lifecyle management of employees with effective tools and
system implementation.
• Ensuring HR compliance and operational activities are adhered and updated.
• Working closely with management to understand business projection and expansion plan and
ensuring manpower planning and controlled attrition.
• Developing training plans and performance management program that ensures all employees
are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant policies and processes.
• Handling conflicts at works, employee concerns and disciplinary proceedings and taking
necessary actions.
• Designing and implementing suitable HR policies and processes and ensuring execution of the
same at an organisation level.
