Opus Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory HR Manager to oversee human resources functions at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce management, compliance, employee relations, and HR administration to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions for the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and company policies.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices at the factory level.
Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain attendance, payroll processing, and leave management for factory employees.
Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare programs.
Conduct training sessions on safety, compliance, and skill development.
Liaise with statutory authorities for factory-related HR compliance, including ESI, PF, and other labor-related matters.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in coordination with the safety department.
Manage contract labor and coordinate with external agencies for manpower supply.
Oversee performance appraisals and assist in talent development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setup.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience in payroll management and HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
