HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Employee Management: Supervise daily HR operations, including monitoring attendance via email, WhatsApp, and ESSL data.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and generate offer and appointment letters for selected candidates. Manage the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.

• Employee Communication: Facilitate routine communication with employees, including sending birthday and anniversary wishes, as well as issuing warning and termination emails when required.

• Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updates of employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
