1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for open positions. 

  • Recruitment Process: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and offer negotiation. 

  • Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.

    Designing and implementing salary structures, pay scales, and compensation packages.

  • Benefits Administration:

    Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Compensation Reviews:

    Conducting regular salary reviews and ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices. 

3. Employee Relations:

  • Managing Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. 

  • Employee Engagement: Implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention. 

  • Communication: Facilitating effective communication between management and employees. 

4. Performance Management:

  • Performance Goals: Setting clear performance goals and expectations for employees.

  • Performance Evaluations: Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.

  • Performance Improvement: Developing and implementing performance improvement plans for employees who need to improve their performance. 

5. Training and Development:

  • Training Needs Assessment:

    Identifying training needs and developing training programs to meet those needs. 

  • Training Delivery:

    Overseeing the delivery of training programs and ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge. 

  • Succession Planning:

    Developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure that the organization has a pipeline of talent for future leadership positions.

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations. 

  • Policy Development: Developing and implementing workplace policies that are consistent with labor laws and company values.
