HR Manager

Vaibhav Enterprises in Nagpur, Ingole Nagar is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle. Handle a team of 15-20 recruiters covering PAN India recruitment's. Responsible for getting an updated requirements from clients through regular PR activities.This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 along with career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Get an Update from Client Industries for recruitment requirements.

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates through online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.

• Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.

• Handle a team of Supervisors and HR recruiters from different locations and manage their performance.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Post Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must. Should be ready to travel extensively.
