Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources functions. As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create job descriptions.

• Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture and maintain employee satisfaction.

• Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.

  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.

• Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures.

  • Educate employees on company policies and best practices.

• Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.

  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Master's degree in HR Management or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or related roles.

• Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
