HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our Team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving conflicts professionally.

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

3. Performance Management & Training

• Develop and manage performance appraisal processes.

• Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance-related issues.

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.

• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
