HR Operation Executive

Candidate from Staffing industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Systems & Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.

  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics for leadership as needed.

• Employee Lifecycle Support:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers).

  • Assist in drafting employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.

• Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure company policies comply with local labor laws and update them as necessary.

  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for timely processing of payroll changes.

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and resolve related queries.

• Employee Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and systems.

  • Promote a positive employee experience through timely and helpful service.
