Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee HR operations, including payroll processing, employee records, and compliance.

● Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration.

● Manage attendance, leave records, and employee grievances.

● Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

● Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

● Handle employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

● Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management review.

● Support performance appraisal processes and HR policy implementation.

● Liaise with various departments to address HR-related concerns effectively.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry.

● Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and compliance.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in HR software and tools.

● Ability to multitask and manage HR functions efficiently.

● A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Commitments:

● Work-from-office role based in Bandra (W).

● 6-day working culture .

● Timings: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
