Role Overview:
Savita Synergy Pvt. Ltd is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sr. HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is pivotal to supporting our growing team and shaping our people-centric culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, policy creation, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end hiring across all functions and locations
- Create and implement efficient onboarding processes
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
● HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement company policies in line with best practices and labor laws
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR practices and procedures
● Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
- Drive initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement
● Performance Management
- Assist in designing appraisal systems and career development plans
- Track and review employee performance, feedback, and training needs
● HR Operations
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems
● Culture & Employee Branding
- Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processing
- Promote a strong company culture aligned with our values
- Support internal communication initiatives and team-building events
Qualifications & Skills:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or Executive role
● Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
● Experience in setting up HR systems/processes from scratch is a plus
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
