Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain the HRMS portal.
Process salaries and manage payroll.
Ensure compliance with ESIC, PF, and other labor laws.
Oversee onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates through online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Advertise job openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs.
Conduct background checks and manage onboarding processes.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2- 5 years in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using resume databases and sourcing techniques.
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, and PF regulations.
Experience in handling HRMS portals.
Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
