Job Description

Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Viman Nagar,Pune

Salary budget up to- 30k

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
3. Performance Management:
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
• Develop and execute employee development programs.
4. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
• Support employees in their career development and growth.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct salary reviews and make recommendations.
• Process monthly salaries through the payroll software.
• Manage attendance records in the payroll software.
• Handle employee loan management in the payroll software.
• Process employee expense reimbursements in the payroll software.
6. Compliance and Policy Management:
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Other Work Management:
1. Vendor Management for Interior Designing Work:
• Coordinate with vendors for interior designing projects.
• Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor project progress and quality of work.
2. Project Coordination:
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates on project status to management.
3. Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Report on financial performance and provide cost-saving recommendations.
4. Quality Control:
• Ensure that all work meets the company’s quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of work performed by vendors.
• Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
5. Administrative Duties:
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
• Experience in project management, especially with vendor coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of HR software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
