• Evaluating potential talents, building networks, performing
background checks and conducting interviews, and forwarding
qualified applicants to client
• Well versed with End to End Cycle of Recruitment
• Responsibilities include - Sourcing, screening, adding candidates
online on portals and social media, making job descriptions,
conducting background checks, maintaining candidate database
and proper details, handling client interviews, coordinating with
clients, joining process till closure
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with potential
candidates with excellent communication skills
• Good experience in email drafting and handling operations is a plus
