Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in [ bpo].
