We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create job descriptions accordingly.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, shortlisting candidates as per job fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments.
Maintain candidate database and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and documentation.
Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment portals and sourcing tools.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws is a plus.
