Employer Branding
Promote the company as an attractive employer on job portals and social media.
Engage in networking and recruitment marketing activities.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain records of candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Ensuring Compliance
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in hiring processes.
Handle confidential candidate and company information responsibly.
Onboarding Support
Assist new hires in the onboarding process.
Facilitate orientation programs and initial training sessions.
