Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Responsibilities
Create a recruitment plan: Outline how to find candidates and conduct interviews
Advertise the position: Post job advertisements on the company website, job sites, social media, and professional networks
Screen candidates: Review resumes and select candidates to move forward in the hiring process
Conduct interviews: Interview potential candidates in person or on call
Perform background checks: Check references and perform background checks on candidates
Assess candidates: Evaluate candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the position
Onboard new hires: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly
Partner with hiring managers: Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and make recommendations
Communicate with candidates: Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
