Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support

Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, Handling Joining formalities including employee orientation and documentation.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Hands-on experience with various recruitment processes
Experience in recruiting for diverse positions across various industries.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
