About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is looking to build a career in Human Resources. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and internal events.
• Support in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
• Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for employee-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Assist in handling employee queries and grievances.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internship or short-term experience in HR will be an added advantage
