Job Description
- Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
- Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including entry-level to senior positions.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) to attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Advise hiring managers on best recruitment practices and strategies to attract the right candidates.
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate evaluations and provide feedback to hiring managers.
