Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and internal referrals. 

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 

• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. 

  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability. 

  • Administering assessments and tests to evaluate skills and abilities. 

• Coordinating the Hiring Process:

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. 

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 

• Building Employer Brand:

  • Representing the company positively to attract top talent. 

  • Creating and maintaining a strong employer brand. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities. 

  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
