JD:HR Recruiter ▪️Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.▪️Understanding client requirements and organization with regard to their existing business activities. (ON THE Basis of existing detail) ▪️Sourcing resumes using various job portals, finding candidates as per the requirement through available resources. ▪️Screening the profiles, Conducting a telephonic interview. ▪️Shortlist candidates and recommend them to the clients. ▪️Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.▪️Salary negotiation, ▪️Follow up till the date of joining,▪️Closing the positions ▪️Taking references from the candidates.
