• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Guide and assist candidates with pre-assessments such as AMCAT and Versant.

• Prepare candidates thoroughly for the Operations (OPS) round.

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience.

• Should have access to major job portals and own sourcing network.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
