Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support

Work mode – Work from office 5-6 days (Alternate Saturdays off)

Basic Knowledge on end to end recruitment
Knowledge into IT and non IT recruitment
Screening candidates with relevance to requirements
Delivery of candidate profiles
Scheduling Interviews
Should be ready to work in Recruitment Firm

Responsibilities -
Screening the profiles from portal as per client requirements.
Shortlisting.
Cold calling with candidates.
Handling bulk hiring for the clients.
Following up with the clients for the offers and looking after the joining of the candidates
