The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, hiring trends, and strategies to attract top talent in the IT/non-technology domain.

A Day In Your Life:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding for entry to niche-level positions.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, campus events and vendors.
Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Partner with the client to align on hiring needs and maintain relationships with external vendors.
Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and optimize hiring strategies.

Skills In Spotlight:
Expertise in bulk recruitment for non technical roles with strong knowledge of hiring trends.
Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and client management skills.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and client.
