HR Recruiter

• Sourcing Candidates:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and company events. 

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 

  • Creating and posting engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and company culture. 

  Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. 

  • Evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  Interview Coordination and Facilitation:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates. 

  Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

  • Negotiating salary and benefits packages with selected candidates. 

  • Preparing and sending job offers. 

  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. 

  Relationship Building and Candidate Experience:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even those who are not hired. 

  • Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates. 

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

  Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities. 

  • Tracking key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. 

  • Generating reports to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Experience with sourcing techniques and social media recruitment.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
