Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for bulk recruitment.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify top talent.
High-Volume Hiring: Close 40-50 positions per month, meeting the staffing requirements efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Onboarding: Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in bulk hiring.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Performance Under Pressure: Ability to manage high-pressure environments and meet hiring targets.
