Job Title: HR Executive – Recruiter Location: Noida Department: Human Resources Company: Cordova Group of Companies Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply) Job Summary: Cordova Group of Companies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR and recruitment, looking to start or build their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Support other HR functions and administrative tasks as needed.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment processes (training will be provided).Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.Freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply!What We Offer:Competitive salary (₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month).Hands-on training and career development opportunities.Friendly and growth-oriented work environment.Exposure to recruitment in the education and publishing sector.
