• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and evaluate candidates for skills, culture fit, and aspirations.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communication, and support candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Headhunting & Market Mapping: Tap into niche markets, identify passive talent, and stay updated on industry movements and competitor insights.
