HR Recruiter

Job Profile:

• Understanding the Job Description and doing proper research about the profile and client's industry.

• Screening cvs as per the JD and key skill is given.

• Need to work on both technical and nontechnical profiles.

• Taking Telephonic/VC interviews of the candidates

• Need to work on top Job Portals

• Social Hiring

• Data Management and Co-ordination

•  Good communication skills. (English)

•  Extremely Self-motivated, hard-working with a Go-Getting attitude.

•  Good Presentation Skills.

•  Result oriented.

•  Knowledge about Computer (MS Office, Emailing).

•  Passionate about recruitment.

•  Willingness to make a career in the recruitment field only.

Note: Proper Job Training will be provided.

Week offs- All Sundays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Office Time- 9:30am  to 6:30pm

Salary: 10k to 20k + Very Good Monthly Incentive(No upper limit of earning incentives)
