HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events. 

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of candidates. 

• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions. 

• Interviewing and Onboarding:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 

  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  • Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 

• Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Contributing to building a positive employer brand and attracting top talent. 

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
