HR Recruiter

1. Talent Sourcing:

   • Utilize various recruiting platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to source candidates for open positions.

   • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

2. Screening and Interviewing:

   • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.

5. Recruitment Administration:

   • Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

   • Maintain accurate candidate records and other documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

6. Onboarding Support:

   • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and necessary documentation.

   • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transition and onboarding experience for new employees.
