Job Description: HR Recruiter
Location: PREET VIHAR
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings through job portals, social media, and other platforms.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds of interviews.

• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation and orientation.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year to 2 year of experience in recruitment or HR.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
