This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage the offer and negotiation process to secure the best candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
