About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates

Key Responsibilities:

.Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.

.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. 

.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leads.

.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

.Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles.

.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

.Co-ordinate with the team.
