To support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for blue-collar and mid-level roles. The recruiter must be fluent in Hindi to effectively communicate with candidates from North and Central India.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using job portals, field visits, referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening calls in Hindi to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.
Maintain candidate databases and update trackers regularly.
Explain job roles, salary structures, and company policies clearly in Hindi.
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with field agents, ITIs, and training institutes.
Ensure weekly/monthly recruitment targets are met.
