Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in coordination with HR and department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
