• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and pre-boarding formalities.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

• Collaborate with HR team members on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
