About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with end-to-end hiring expertise who is well-versed with all major job portals & social platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment channels and experience in both international & domestic hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
✅ Utilize job portals & social media effectively for talent acquisition.
Handle both technical & non-technical recruitment (IT, Non-IT, & Overseas).
Build & maintain client relationships to bring in new business opportunities.
Ensure seamless coordination with hiring managers for requirement fulfillment.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 1 year of hardcore recruitment experience.
✔️ Expertise in domestic & international hiring.
✔️ Strong client network and ability to bring in new business.
✔️ Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and social recruitment strategies.
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
