Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in core recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple job portals

• Manage applicant tracking and maintain recruitment databases

• Support onboarding processes and offer letter rollouts

• Assist with background verification and maintaining employee records

• Contribute to HR documentation, compliance support, and engagement initiatives

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with formal email communication

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

• Must be available to work full-time from our Moti Nagar, Delhi office
